Why can't my iPhone find my printer?
Usually the printer is still on the network but your iPhone has lost the route to it — the printer went to sleep, changed its local IP address, dropped onto a different Wi-Fi band or guest network, or its AirPrint service record went stale. That's why the print sheet says "No AirPrint printers found" even though the printer is on.
PrinterHealer looks past the stale record, finds the printer, works out which of these is happening, and heals the connection so it shows up again.
What does PrinterHealer actually do?
It scans your local network for AirPrint/IPP printers, diagnoses why your iPhone can't reach one, re-establishes the connection (waking the printer and fixing the route), and verifies it reaches Ready to print before it says done. Which printers does it work with?
PrinterHealer is designed for AirPrint and standard IPP/IPPS printers on standard Wi-Fi networks. Compatibility varies by printer, firmware, and network setup, with deeper verified recovery for supported HP ENVY / ENVY Pro 6400-family printers — the wake-on-LAN and Wi-Fi Direct rescue steps, which are Pro capabilities, apply to those models.

Do I need a cable or a computer?
No. PrinterHealer works entirely from your iPhone over Wi-Fi. There's no cable, no computer, and no separate printer app to install.
Is it private? Can it see my documents?
PrinterHealer never uploads or stores your documents. Printing from other apps stays within iOS and your local printer; PrinterHealer's generated test page may be sent directly over local IPP/IPPS. The PrinterHealer app has no account, analytics, tracking, or PrinterHealer server. Printer details stay on your device. Do I need an account?
No. There's no sign-up and no account. Open PrinterHealer, allow Local Network access, and it starts finding your printer.
My printer keeps disconnecting — can it fix that automatically?
Printers drop off Wi-Fi for lots of reasons. Reconnecting one by hand is always free and unlimited. PrinterHealer Pro saves your printers so you can switch between them, checks the connection automatically when you reopen the app, and attempts background recovery when iOS grants it time; Wi-Fi Direct rescue and wake-on-LAN help on supported printers. It treats the recurring symptom; it can't change your router or printer firmware.
Is Pro a subscription? How do I cancel?
Pro is offered as a $4.99/year subscription or a one-time $19.99 lifetime purchase — your choice, with no free trial. The yearly plan renews automatically; you can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings, and the lifetime option never renews. See the Terms of Use.
